Meh, it's alright for a click-and-wait type of game. But seriously, you need to do something about the loot/shop. Either cap the amount of loot you can have/find, or add a "sell all" button in the shop. I'm letting the game run in the background to try and get the final achievement (which I'm guessing is to have 100billion gold), and I have several thousand pieces of loot. It's actually bogging down every other flash application that I have open, so I have to close this game if I want to play anything else. If I try to sell anything, it runs so slowly that I can sell about 1 piece of loot per second. Even if I could sell at full speed, that would take forever to sell all of that.

Loved the game! I can't figure out how to get the 4Crate and the Blind Fred medals. Any hints, please?

Talk about a nostalgia rush! I've got every medal, including the NEWGROUNDS.COM medal, but I still haven't unlocked the ALL DONE medal. Am I missing something?

I was actually having quite a bit of fun one-hit crushing everyone until the game crashed. Like the review below me said, if you shined this up a little bit and made the fighters level up as well, this would be a lot of fun.

Seriously, get rid of the "We need YOUR help!" window that pops up every few seconds. If I could actually click on it and do something to keep it from coming back up, that would be great. Instead, all I can do it "X" out of it and wait for it to pop back up after a few seconds.

Congratulations

You made a game with an impossible level. I only played long enough to get to level 3 because I wanted to see if Gogenks was right about not being able to beat it; turns out the 3 balloons in the far upper-right of the screen are out of the range of the cannon. Do you seriously not test your games before you submit them?

Besides that, your coding sucks (hitting the spacebar during the beginning moments of each level causes the shot counter to increase, yet no shots are fired), the lack of music and sound effects is painful, and this is a blatant ripoff of THE balloons game. I give you 1 star for taking the time to include a background. :P

DrunkenGod said it perfectly

The game is a lot of fun and very nicely made, but the problem DrunkenGod pointed out is spot on. I could very easily make much larger towers, but am unable to because of how the mouse centers on the block when you click on it, and if you try and place it towards the very top of the screen, it will not let you. If you included a manual process for scrolling the screen up or down (W and S would be perfect for this), then we'd be able to improve our scores dramatically. That issues is the only thing keeping me from giving this game perfect marks.

Nice game but medals not working

This was an interesting take on the mouse avoider genre. I enjoyed the time limit and moving obstacles; it really added to the difficulty.

However, it looks like the Captin (which is spelled Captain, by the way) and Colonel medals aren't working for me; I have all of the other medals but did not get credit for those two (which is funny, since to try the Major and Major General medals, you have to get those other two medals first). Maybe it's just happening with me, but that might be something you'll want to look into.

Overall, it was a good game and I enjoyed playing it all of the way through.

Almost good

Well, this was almost a really good game. It's novel, it's challenging, and it kept me entertained. To bad you messed it all up with level 19.

Seriously, wtf were you thinking? I won't go as far as to say that level 19 is impossible, but I'd be surprised if as many as 1 in 100 people can pass it. It's not just an increase in difficult, its something else altogether. The controls are not great, and I realize that adds to the difficulty of the game, but they simply do not allow the precision required to pass this level. I've been at it for much, much longer than I'd care to admit, and I'm able to get as far as the very last spike somewhat regularly. And I just cannot pass it. I finally gave up, because if I heard that damn popping sound from when the character respawns one more time, I was going to snap my laptop right in half. This went from a 4/5 and 9/10 to a 3/5 6/10, all because of that level.

Meh

I really despise games that force you to start completely over when you die. You really need to make a save feature and have levels where you can purchase upgrades and keep collecting money until you're able to pass the next level. That's what makes games like Toss the Turtle so much fun, the fact that players are able to actually, eventually, beat the game. There's no winning here, it's simply last until the onslaught is to much to keep up with (which happens pretty quickly, I might add). It's an alright game, but if it were changed like I mentioned, it would be rated much higher. 3/5 6/10
